  • Orders ship from suppliers in the United States: (1-3) business days production + (4-7) business days for shipping to arrive in the United States.
  • Orders ship from suppliers overseas: (3-5) business days production + (7-14) business days for shipping to arrive in the United States.
 

Expedited Shipping ($19.99+) (U.S Orders Only)

  • The orders that have the items are fulfilled by US suppliers only.
  • If the items are fulfilled by the supplier overseas, the orders can upgrade the shipping, but the time for shipping is still higher than the orders that are fulfilled in the United States.
  • Orders using this option jump to the front of the manufacturing queue which can generally save a couple of days (or more during busier times of the year).
  • It's highly recommended to use this option if you are ordering for a specific event or holiday.
  • Orders using expedited manufacturing will be printed when the next batch of orders are processed which can vary depending on seasonality and other factors.
  • Orders ship from suppliers in the United States: (1-3) business days production + (2-4) business days for shipping to arrive in the United States.
  • Orders ship from suppliers overseas: (3-5) business days production + (5-12) business days for shipping to arrive in the United States.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase. If your payment has been processed but the parcel has not been shipped, we can cancel your order and provide a full refund. However, once the parcel has been shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
