This Custom Name Chicago Bears Custom Name Max Soul Shoes is a breathable, lightweight, and comfortable casual outdoor shoe that has a unique design. It is made of a mesh fabric which makes it sweat absorbent and breathable, while the rubber bottom ensures traction, comfort, and durability. It is available in two colors: black or white sole. There are two styles of shoelace holes so you can choose your preference.

Please note that all our products are custom-made specifically for you. Once you place an order, our production process begins, and we create your item according to your specifications. As a result, there is a production time associated with each order.

Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

For example, if you order an item, it will require 3-5 business days of processing/production time and 7-14 business days of shipping time (Standard Shipping). Therefore, you can expect to receive it within 10 - 20 business days.  

Standard Shipping ($4.99+)

Depending on the item that you ordered, we will fulfill your order from our suppliers in the United States or China, or Vietnam. You can see the shipping information here
  • Orders ship from suppliers in the United States: (1-3) business days production + (4-7) business days for shipping to arrive in the United States.
  • Orders ship from suppliers overseas: (3-5) business days production + (7-14) business days for shipping to arrive in the United States.
 

Expedited Shipping ($19.99+) (U.S Orders Only)

  • The orders that have the items are fulfilled by US suppliers only.
  • If the items are fulfilled by the supplier overseas, the orders can upgrade the shipping, but the time for shipping is still higher than the orders that are fulfilled in the United States.
  • Orders using this option jump to the front of the manufacturing queue which can generally save a couple of days (or more during busier times of the year).
  • It's highly recommended to use this option if you are ordering for a specific event or holiday.
  • Orders using expedited manufacturing will be printed when the next batch of orders are processed which can vary depending on seasonality and other factors.
  • Orders ship from suppliers in the United States: (1-3) business days production + (2-4) business days for shipping to arrive in the United States.
  • Orders ship from suppliers overseas: (3-5) business days production + (5-12) business days for shipping to arrive in the United States.

Please Note:

  • We do not guarantee shipping or arrival dates.
  • Manufacturing during the majority of the year takes between 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri) however can take more than a week during the heaviest shopping times of the year. Extreme circumstances such as covid-19 may delay order manufacturing and/or shipping by an additional week or more.
  • All manufacturing and shipping times mentioned are just estimates and will vary.
  • Some of our popular designs may be pre-printed and may ship out faster than less commonly ordered designs/style/color combinations.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase. If your payment has been processed but the parcel has not been shipped, we can cancel your order and provide a full refund. However, once the parcel has been shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
